Meiselbar, Ursula: Walking On

Colorado Springs, Colorado March 2011

URSULA MEISELBAR, 95, passed away December 3, 2010, peacefully at her home with her daughters by her side. She was born January 29, 1915, at Pittsburgh, Oklahoma.

Ursula was Chickasaw/Choctaw and was a citizen of the Choctaw Nation. She attended Bloomfield Academy in Ardmore, Oklahoma, until moving to Gary, Indiana. She received her diploma from business college and attended the Art Institute in Chicago. For 10 years after retiring, she split her time between homes in Minnesota and Florida when in 1979, she moved to Southern California to be close with family. In 1989, she moved to Colorado Springs where she spent the rest of her life loving and serving her family and friends.
