Funeral services were held for NORMAN B. HILL, 79, on March 4, 2011, at the Longhouse with full military honors. Norman was born September 19, 1931, in Buffalo, New York. He passed away March 1, 2011, at Buffalo General Hospital after a lengthy illness.

Mr. Hill was a Sachem Chief of the Wolf Clan of the Tonawanda Seneca Nation. Prior to his retirement he worked for the NYS Department of Transportation in Clarence, New York, American Airlines, Ward Hydraulics and Houdaille Strippit. He is an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Myron Ground Post American Legion, I.O.O.F. of Attica and the Tonawanda Men’s Singing Society. He enjoyed baseball, Harley-Davidson riding, gardening, fishing, reading maps and atlases, solving crossword puzzles and being with his grandsons. (J. Leonard McAndrew Funeral Home)
